1.       Overview

Chinese Government Scholarship - Chinese University Program is a full scholarship established by the Ministry of Education of P.R. China (hereinafter referred to as MOE). China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC), entrusted by the MOE, holds the responsibility of the verification, approval and the routine management of the program. Nanjing Agricultural University (hereinafter referred to as NAU) is one of the Chinese universities listed under this program and is entrusted by MOE to recruit outstanding international students for graduate studies. 2.       Funding Policy

Type: Full Scholarship

1)         Tuition waiver;  

2)    Accommodation: free university dormitory or accommodation subsidy (Master-level students: CNY 700 per month; PhD-level students: CNY 1,000 per month);

3)    Monthly Stipend: Master-level student: RMB 3,000 per month; PhD-level student: RMB 3,500 per month;

4)         Comprehensive medical insurance.

3.       Available Majors

All the graduate-level majors are available for the scholarship application except the majors offered by the College of Foreign Languages.

5.       Language Requirement

Chinese-Taught Program

HSK Level 5 or above

English-Taught Program

From English-speaking country (or)

With 1 year or above discipline-relevant experience in English-speaking countries (or)

Certificate of IELTS > =6 or TOFEL > =70
